The Cleveland Cavaliers shot just 35.3% from the field and 9-for-40 (22.5%) from three-point range in their loss to the Orlando Magic on Monday night.

However, the Wine and Gold had an individual dominant offensive performance that made history.

With a season-high 36 points, which were also a game-high, Cavaliers point guard Darius Garland scored his 5,000th career regular season point.

According to @CavsNotes on X, the 23-year-old became the 19th player in Cleveland franchise history to score at least 5,000 points with the team.

Garland has also joined some elite company in Cavaliers history, becoming just the fourth player with at least 5,000 points, 1,500 assists, and 500 three-pointers made as a member of the Wine and Gold.

After entering the contest needing 35 points to reach 5,000 for his career, he now has 5,001 points in 268 regular season games.
