Donovan Mitchell, Caris LeVert Final Injury Status For Cavs-Mavericks

The Cleveland Cavaliers' wave of injuries continues, but there could be some hope on the horizon for this squad. Two key players who didn't play in Clevelands' 109-95 victory of the Chicago Bulls were listed as questionable leading up to their matchup with the Dallas Mavericks.
Donovan Mitchell
Donovan Mitchell hasn't played in the last three games for the Cavaliers as he's been dealing with an illness. He was listed as questionable on Tuesday evening and his status didn't change until
The Cavs announced right before the game that Mitchell will be OUT against the Mavericks.
Cleveland has managed to go 2-3 in Mitchell's absence but getting him back on the floor can come soon enough.

Caris LeVert
Caris LeVert has been the team's six-man this season and has filled that position perfectly. He's missed the game against Chicago with left knee tendentious and was also listed as questionable before Cleveland's game against Dallas.
He will be available off the bench against the Mavericks.
LeVert is averaging 15.1 points, 3.7 assists, and 3.6 rebounds so far this season.
Sam Merrill
The Cavs were looking for any sort of spark after losing Darius Garland and Evan Mobley. Sam Merrill stepped up and did just that for a stretch of games scoring 19 and 27 points in back-to-back games.
However, a right wrist sprain sidelined him against the Bulls and he was listed as doubtful leading up to their game against the Mavericks. Merrill will be out against Dallas.
