The Cleveland Cavaliers and the New York Knicks are set to begin their first-round playoff matchup this Saturday. While the Cavs are mostly healthy heading into the series, there are still question marks surrounding starting small forward Isaac Okoro.

Okoro hasn't seen the floor since he was removed at halftime of Cleveland's game against the Houston Rockets on March 15. He missed the rest of the season after playing in all 76 up to that point.

We did receive an update on how Okoro is progressing, but his availability for the start of the playoffs is still unclear.

Okoro was able to have a limited role in Cleveland's practice on Wednesday, but J.B. Bickerstaff is clear that he is still day-to-day with right knee soreness. Bickerstaff went on to say, "We'll be patient. We'll be safe by him."

It is positive news that Ice is beginning to have a role in practice again, but Bickerstaff's vagueness around his return is worrisome with the series starting in a few days and Okoro still not being a full participant in practice.

If Okoro is unable to go then look for Cedi Osman, Lamar Stevens, and Dean Wade to get an increased role against the Knicks.
