The final stop of the Cleveland Cavaliers' four-game, Western Conference road trip is against the Portland Trail Blazers. The Cavs could head back to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse with a 2-2 record on this road trip if they can pull off a win in Portland.

However, they'll be short-handed yet again which has been the story of the season so far. A number of Cavaliers have already been ruled out against the Blazers as they look to wrap up the road trip on a high note.

This is who the Cavs will be missing.

Darius Garland

Darius Garland has already missed four games this season with a hamstring injury and now he's set to miss another game with a new injury. DG has officially been ruled out on Wednesday with a neck strain.

The Cavalier point guard has had a rocky start to the season, but it's been difficult to find any consistency when Garland has missed this many games.

Isaac Okoro

The next up on the injury report is Isaac Okoro who will miss his fifth straight game on Wednesday with a left knee injury. It's disappointing that Okoro has missed this many consecutive games considering he had the strongest start to his NBA career.

Ice was shooting 48% from the floor and 40% from three before this injury. Now, he's working to just get back on the floor.

Ty Jerome

Cleveland signed Ty Jerome in the offseason to be their primary backup point guard. That was off to a great start as he got plenty of praise for his play and basketball IQ during training camps.

However, Jerome will miss his ninth straight game on Wednesday after suffering a right ankle sprain after playing just two games.
