Six weeks away from the NBA All-Star Game, the league has officially released its first returns from fan voting in both conferences.

Leading the Eastern Conference (and NBA entirely) in All-Star fan voting is Milwaukee Bucks sensation Giannis Antetokounmpo, while Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James has the most votes in the Western Conference.

Due to both factors of players being on the rise in the East and injuries affecting the team, the Cleveland Cavaliers only have one representative on this list despite being 19-15 while staving off setbacks.

Donovan Mitchell ranks fourth among guards in the conference in voting with 624,819 fans pushing for him to make it to Indianapolis on Feb. 18 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Thus far on the season, Mitchell is averaging 27.7 points, 5.6 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 1.9 steals over 25 games played with .455/.351/.899 shooting splits.

There's a good chance that Spida ends up at his second straight All-Star game as a Cavalier and fifth straight as a player overall, but he'll have to keep up his momentum.

Indiana Pacers rising star Tyrese Haliburton is on a tear at the moment (76 assists vs. seven turnovers in the last five games!), and that goes without mentioning that those fans will want him starting in his team's home city.

Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young is getting into his own groove as well, while Damian Lillard continues to prove he's one of the best offensive backcourt players in the NBA.

As for who's on Mitchell's heels, look out for Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey and New York Knicks stud Jalen Brunson. The Boston Celtics faithful are trying to get Derrick White to the big show too.

Mitchell will get his opportunity to not only stuff the stat sheet, but also help Cleveland continue to overcome the adversity that's been put in front of the squad.
