What To Expect In Final Sacramento Kings-Cleveland Cavaliers Matchup

Cleveland seeks its sixth consecutive victory with a win over Sacramento tonight.

Two nights ago, the Cleveland Cavaliers earned their fifth straight victory with a 117-101 win over the San Antonio Spurs.

With the triumph, the Wine and Gold own the NBA’s longest active win streak, and their 9-1 record in their last 10 games is tied for the best in the league.

Tonight, Cleveland will host the Sacramento Kings before embarking on a three-game road trip.

Here are four things to expect in the second and final matchup between the Kings and Cavaliers this regular season.

1. Plenty of Three-Pointers

In the last meeting between these two teams back on November 13, Sacramento and Cleveland combined to make 36 three-pointers.

On one hand, the Kings currently rank top-five in the NBA in three-pointers made (14.9, fourth) and attempted (40.2, third). On the other, the Cavaliers have made at least 12 triples in a franchise-record 15 consecutive games.

2. Niang Making More Shots

In the Wine and Gold’s most recent game against San Antonio, forward Georges Niang went 0-for-9 from the field and 0-for-8 from three-point territory.

On the contrary, in the Cavaliers’ last game against Sacramento, he shot 5-for-7 (71.4%) from the field and 2-for-4 (50%) from deep, scoring 12 points off the bench.
