The Boston Celtics have signed former Minnesota Timberwolves big man Nathan Knight to a two-way contract, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The 26-year-old has played three seasons in the NBA — one with the Atlanta Hawks and two with the Timberwolves. He averaged 3.7 points and 1.5 rebounds per game while shooting 56.8 percent from the field in 38 appearances with Minnesota during the 2022-23 regular season.

Knight put together arguably the best game of his NBA career against the Celtics back in the 2021-22 regular season. In 29 minutes of playing time, he scored 20 points, grabbed 11 rebounds, and dished out four assists. Also, the Timberwolves won that Dec. 27 matchup by a final score of 108-103.
