According to Bookies.com, the Boston Celtics host the third-most expensive home games to attend among NBA teams. The site estimates that, on average, it costs a family of four $536.69 to attend a Celtics game at TD Garden.

To calculate the price, Bookies.com determined each team’s average cost of four of the cheapest available tickets, a parking spot, two beers, two sodas, and four hotdogs. Potential outliers, such as Damian Lillard’s first game facing the Portland Trail Blazers and Christmas Day matchups, were excluded from the formula.

The most expensive team to watch at their home arena is the New York Knicks, with an estimated cost of $745.18. Last season, the Knicks were eliminated in the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

The least expensive team to watch at their home arena is the Charlotte Hornets, with an estimated cost of $158.72. The Hornets haven’t made a postseason appearance since 2016.

The Denver Nuggets, the reigning NBA champions, charge below the NBA’s average attendance cost of $304.64. Other championship-contending teams, such as the Philadelphia 76ers, are below this figure.
