Kevin Garnett Thinks Jayson Tatum is 'Top Player' in NBA
The Boston Celtics are represented by one of the most impactful players in the NBA. Jayson Tatum, the season-leader in plus-minus rating, is averaging 28.4 points, 8.9 rebounds, and 3.9 assists over 36.2 minutes.
Tatum’s latest endorsement to win the Most Valuable Player award comes from Basketball Hall of Famer Kevin Garnett. In a recent post on X, Garnett wrote “I got him as the top player, PERIOD… MVP”.
The post is embedded with a clip from Ticket and The Truth, in which Garnett further expresses his support for the St. Louis native.
“Jayson Tatum might be the MVP this year… He’s going to be in that conversation… He’s one of the ones that got that it.”
The Celtics’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 15, against the Philadelphia 76ers at Wells Fargo Center; tip-off is at 7:30 p.m. EST.
