On Sunday, the Boston Celtics picked up a 116-107 victory over the Houston Rockets. Kristaps Porzingis scored a game-high 32 points in the road win.

After the victory, Porzingis expressed appreciation towards a Celtics’ fan base that made their presence felt at the Toyota Center on Sunday, especially as the visitors pulled away in the fourth quarter.

"Everywhere on the road, we get the support as if we're at home," voiced Porzingis. "I cannot think of another fanbase in the NBA that is like this. It's absolutely a blessing playing in front of these fans."

The Latvia native also commented on the importance of avoiding a losing streak.

“We know that if we want to be a championship caliber team that we can’t lose multiple games in a row. We had a tough one the other night against Denver at home, another championship caliber team… We took some lessons from that one and wanted to bounce back tonight.”

Boston's next game is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 22, against the Dallas Mavericks at American Airlines Center; tip-off is at 8:30 p.m. EST.
