It was recently reported by BasketNews, via Mundo Deportivo that five-time NBA All-Star John Wall is in talks with Italian basketball club Armani Milan. Wall last played in the NBA with the LA Clippers before being traded back to the Houston Rockets where he was waived.

Wall was an All-NBA star at his peak with the Washington Wizards, but has not regained form since suffering multiple major injuries. Signing with the Clippers last offseason, Wall struggled during his time in LA, averaging 11.4 PPG on just 40.8% from the field and 30.3% from deep. While his averages weren't awful, especially in just 22.2 minutes per game, Wall's overall impact on the court was a negative one last season.

It's unclear if there are any NBA offers on the table for Wall right now, but with the former star being in discussions with Armani Milan, it's reasonable to assume that his time in the league could be coming to an end. Wall was not picked up after being waived by the Rockets last season, and has yet to come up in many discussions this summer amongst teams looking or point guard help.

While some former stars opt to retire from basketball entirely once their NBA options run out, others prefer to continue playing professionally, which is what Wall may end up doing in Italy.
