BREAKING: James Harden Makes NBA History vs. Warriors /

With his 20th point in Thursday night's game vs. the Golden State Warriors, LA Clippers star James Harden made history by becoming the 24th player in NBA history to reach 25,000 career points.

Harden and the Clippers have really been starting to turn a corner, entering this game against the Warriors on a five-game winning streak, which is the longest active streak in the NBA. Harden has been a big part of that, making plays for himself and others throughout this stretch of games.

The Clippers knew it would be an adjustment period integrating Harden into the team, and while they did not anticipate to start with a five-game losing streak, they are starting to see what they envisioned before the trade was made.

Still a very high-level playmaker and scorer, Harden makes life easy on both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. Having Harden or Russell Westbrook on the court at all times gives the Clippers an elite playmaker with both their starting lineup and second unit, which is a luxury that not many teams have.

Making history on Thursday night, Harden reached another major milestone in his Hall of Fame career. One of the greatest scorers in NBA history, Harden will continue to ascend up this list as his career goes on. Now with the Clippers, Harden is focused on helping them win a title.
