The LA Clippers defeated the Houston Rockets on Wednesday night, overcoming a 20-point deficit to get the win. Former Rockets star James Harden turned in a solid performance, finishing with 21 points, 7 assists, and 5 rebounds.

Speaking with reporters after the game, Harden was asked if it's still special playing in Houston, and said, "Yeah. Family, everybody is still here. Definitely."

On Houston's young talent, Harden said, "Really good. They're definitely going in the right direction. They got a combination of young talent with some vet pieces that has experience. They did a really good job, they've been playing well. The future is bright."

While Houston coughed up their 20-point lead over the Clippers, they played well to get such a lead against one of the better teams in the league, showing a lot of what could make them special moving forward. It is of course a learning process for young teams transitioning from consecutive years in the lottery to a group that expects to win, but the Rockets are starting to show signs of a team that could be a piece or two away from competing for a playoff spot in the Western Conference.

For Harden, who is of course a legend in Houston, he sees a very bright future for the organization he spent nearly a decade with.
