The LA Clippers completed a 20-point comeback vs. the Houston Rockets on Wednesday night, outscoring Houston 92-66 after trailing 50-30. Kawhi Leonard was the steady force the Clippers needed throughout this game, finishing with 28 points, 7 assists, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals on 11/18 from the field.

Speaking on the ESPN broadcast after the game, Leonard got honest about LA's slow start, saying, "We came out very slow pace with no urgency, and we got in the huddle and said let’s pick up our energy."

Looking like a much different team in the second half, the Clippers were able to pick up their intensity and complete an impressive comeback on the road. Avoiding what would have been another frustrating loss, the Clippers stuck with it, and executed when it mattered most.

Paul George had just two points at halftime on 1/6 shooting, but came alive in the second half to finish with 21 points on 7/15 from the field. James Harden was also big down the stretch, and finished with 21 points, 7 assists, and 5 rebounds on 6/13 from the field.

The Clippers will now head back home to face the Chicago Bulls on Saturday afternoon, beginning what will be a three-game home stand before heading back out on the road for games in Chicago and New Orleans.
