Cleveland Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell was fantastic in Monday night's game against the LA Clippers, finishing with 28 points and 12 assists in the win. Speaking with reporters after the game, Clippers star Kawhi Leonard shared his honest thoughts on Mitchell and his team's performance.

"Excellent shooter, excellent driver," Leonard said of Mitchell. "Just getting his teammates involved overall. Just a high energy guy all game."

On this game vs. Cleveland, Leonard added, "Every game is different. There’s different schemes and different ways to attack. But I think starting with Donovan [Cleveland] did a great job. Okoro did a great job making threes, everybody. Wade made threes, Strus made timely threes as well. It was just a great team win for them."

For the Clippers, it was a disappointing loss after their dominant win over the Boston Celtics, as they got more than enough from Leonard and the bench to get a win, but the struggles of James Harden and Paul George, along with the absence of Ivica Zubac, were too much to overcome.

Zubac's absence was especially felt in this game, as Cleveland's length was a major issue for the Clippers. All of that being said, the Clippers are still very much heading in the right direction, and will look to get back on track when they face the Washington Wizards on Wednesday night.
