The LA Clippers have released their injury report for Wednesday night's game vs. the Golden State Warriors, and star forward Kawhi Leonard has unexpectedly been ruled out with a left adductor strain.

Leonard has stayed healthy almost all season, having missed just four games up until this point. Those four games were due to a hip contusion, and came consecutively. Since returning from that injury on January 1st, Leonard has not missed a game, but will break that streak on Wednesday in Golden State.

There is no word yet from the Clippers on the severity of this injury, and if it puts Leonard's All-Star Game status in jeopardy. This is the Clippers' last game before the All-Star break, which will give Leonard time to rest if he is unable to play in the game on Sunday.

Even if Leonard does suit up for the All-Star game, he will have several days off over the break. This injury status came out of nowhere, as there was no mention of this postgame from Leonard or Ty Lue. The next update will likely come when Lue addresses the media prior to Wednesday night's game against the Warriors.

This is a big game for both teams, as the Clippers try to climb back to the top of the Western Conference standings, and the Warriors try to remain hot.
