On the latest episode of Podcast P, which is presented by Wave Sports and Entertainment, New York Knicks star Julius Randle joined Paul George on the show. It was a great episode, which included stories from Randle's time with the Los Angeles Lakers. One of these stories was from Kobe Bryant's famous "soft as Charmin" practice, where he called out his teammates for being soft.

"I wasn’t in practice, but I was there that day," Randle said. "I was a rookie, so my leg was broke, so I wasn't soft that day. So I'm in the training room, I'm getting my rehab and stuff and all I hear is, 'Soft as Charmin. Ya'll motherf--kers are trash!' Like sh-t just going crazy, and you know Kobe got a deep ass voice so you hear it... All I remember is like man what is going on? My first year in the NBA was a shock… So I'm like 'Man what's going on?' And all I hear, 'Mitch, I'm supposed to get better with this sh-t?' And then he walks into the locker room and he's like, 'Ju what the f-ck is this? I'm supposed to practice with this sh-t? These motherf--kers are making me worse!' And he just walked out, bro."

Randle did an incredible job recalling that day, recapping his perspective from Kobe's iconic rant. Never settling for mediocrity from his teammates, Kobe made sure that everybody heard his message that day.
