During a recent Twitch stream, LA Clippers star Paul George issued a warning to the NBA, saying, "Mark my words, I'm on my bully sh-t next season."

George has made similar comments in previous summers, most notably during his 2020 appearance on All The Smoke when he said, "I'm back with my trainer that I had my MVP season. I'm locked in, as locked in as you can be... I'm on motherf--ker's asses this year."

The Clippers star followed those comments up with an All-Star appearance, All-NBA team selection, and arguably the best playoff run of his entire career. While some have criticized George for talking too much, especially with how his lack of availability and assertiveness have hindered the Clippers over the last two seasons, this is the mentality he must have in order for LA to reach their full potential.

Often too passive for his ability, George and the Clippers are at their best when he plays to his full potential. That often coincides with an uptick in field goal attempts and overall aggression, which makes these recent comments something Clippers fans can get excited about.

This is a big season for George and the Clippers, and one that very well could determine the direction all sides advice in next summer. As of right now, George is approaching this year with an aggressive mindset.
