The LA Clippers concluded their seven-game road trip with a win over the Atlanta Hawks on Monday night, capping off a very impressive 6-1 stretch. Russell Westbrook had several fans at every stop on this road trip, with his jersey being scattered throughout the crowd of each opposing arena.

When asked about this after the game, Westbrook shared an incredible message about what this support means to him, and why he makes sure to acknowledge as many of these fans as he can.

"It's a blessing," Westbrook said of the support he receives on the road. "I've been a part of the boos and the cheers, so to be able to have the cheers is a blessing."

On acknowledging these fans, Westbrook said, "You never know who’s watching. I really take that to the heart. It could be a kid, a mom, a dad… that comes to a game for the first time and can only afford to come to the game one time… So any chance I get to acknowledge as many people as I can, I try to show them a little love to make that moment special for them and find ways to be able to make sure they remember moments like this for the rest of their life."

A fan favorite, Westbrook appreciates all the love he gets on the road.
