LA Clippers chairman Steve Ballmer announced the formation of Halo Sports and Entertainment on Thursday morning. The new umbrella brand will consist of the LA Clippers, Ontario Clippers, Intuit Dome, and Kia Forum. Gillian Zucker, the President of Business Operations for the Clippers, will serve as Chief Executive Officer of Halo Sports and Entertainment.

In a statement released by the Clippers, Ballmer said of Zucker, "Gillian is a proven leader and one of the most respected executives in the NBA. She has a successful track record running our business. I have continued to expand her role because I have the utmost confidence in her ability to achieve our ambitious goals."

Additional details were included in the announcement shared by the Clippers on Thursday morning that read, "Halo S&E will focus on Ballmer's four sports and entertainment holdings, with no plans for further expansion. Ballmer acquired the Clippers in 2014 and purchased the Kia Forum in 2020. Intuit Dome, the future home of the Clippers, will be a global destination for sports and music fans. The privately funded arena is expected to bring more than 7,000 jobs to the community."

Always pursuing the best way forward, Ballmer's consolidation of the LA Clippers, Ontario Clippers, Intuit Dome, and Kia Forum into Halo Sports and Entertainment will help strengthen these assets while creating additional opportunities for growth.
