Nineteen prospects have officially received invitations to the 2023 NBA Draft green room, per Jonathan Givony of ESPN.

The green room, the staging area in front of the NBA draft podium where players and their families await their name being called on draft night 2023, typically offers a solid look at some of the most coveted prospects in the draft.

Players are chosen via communication with presidents and general managers of teams selection in the first round. Teams are asked to vote on the top 25 players they expect to hear their names called first, in order to avoid prospects sitting in the green room for too long.

Headlining the invitees are soon-to-be No. 1 pick Victor Wembanyama, and projected second and third selections Scoot Henderson and Brandon Miller.

Other notable invitees include Amen and Ausar Thompson, Villanova's Cam Whitmore, Houston's Jarace Walker, Arkansas' guard Anthony Black and more.

Givony said that five or more players are still expected to receive invites.
