NBA Draft Roundup: Keyonte George, Brandon Miller Surge on Tuesday
Tuesday had a loaded slate of college basketball games, many of which included 2023 NBA Draft hopefuls looking to raise their stock.
Here were some of the top performances from Tuesday's college basketball games:
Brandon Miller, Alabama
College basketball’s best freshman had another strong game on Tuesday, scoring 30 or more points for the second-straight game and his third on the season.
Miller scored 30 points on 10-for-16 shooting overall, adding ten rebounds and an assist. He’s now averaging over 20 points per game on the season, and is firmly cementing himself as one of the top players in the 2023 NBA Draft.
Keyonte George, Baylor
After a rough scoring night against Oklahoma State, George bounced back in a big way against Texas Tech, scoring 27 points on 8-for-15 shooting.
George hit five triples and tacked on five rebounds and three assists in one of his better overall performances on the year. No. 21 Baylor also came away with a 7-point conference win.
Cason Wallace, Kentucky
After a few lower output games, defensive stalwart Cason Wallace got back on track offensively in Tuesday’s win over Georgia.
Wallace finished with 17 points on an efficient 7-for-11 shooting. He also nailed two of his four 3-point attempts.
