Several teams, such as the Orlando Magic, Oklahoma City Thunder and Indiana Pacers, have emerged from the bottom of past year's NBA standings with competitive rosters.

Others are either actively clawing their way out or slowly sinking further and further in.

Here are the Tankathon reverse standings through Sunday, Dec. 17:

1. Detroit Pistons, 2-24

With just two wins on the season, both coming in late-October, the Detroit Pistons’ 23-straight losses are coming dangerously close to the all-time losing-streak record of 28 set by the process Sixers.

Even worse, the team is 4-46 in their last 50 games.

Without a roster overhaul — or a drastic in-season change from some of their key players like Cade Cunningham, Ausar Thompson, Jaden Ivey and more — it seems like the Pistons’ fate this season could already sealed.

2. San Antonio Spurs, 4-20

Despite picking up a win over the Lakers this week, the Spurs still have major issues if they’re wanting to push for anything this season.

A move to purely center has allowed rookie phenom Victor Wembanyama to thrive, but San Antonio at their core still have plenty of things to fix to remain a competitive team.

For now, all sign are pointing towards them having another shot at the top pick.

3. Washington Wizards, 4-20

Don’t call it a comeback. Despite having just four wins on the season, the Wizards are riding a blistering 1-game win-streak, outlasting the white-hot Indiana Pacers, 137-123.

The Wizards are far from a good basketball team, but Friday’s contest was a clear indication they’re not in bad of shape roster-wise as a few of the other teams in their range.

They’re aiming for high draft picks, of course, but they’ve got some viable NBA players, and could earn some wins in the down parts of their schedule.

T4. Portland Trail Blazers, 6-18

T4. Memphis Grizzlies, 6-18

6. Charlotte Hornets, 7-17

7. Utah Jazz, 9-17

8. Chicago Bulls, 10-17

T9. Atlanta Hawks, 10-15

T9. Toronto Raptors, 10-15

11. Golden State Warriors, 11-14

T12. Phoenix Suns, 13-12

T12. Brooklyn Nets, 13-12

14. Cleveland Cavaliers, 14-12
