Prospect Profile
A young prospect from France, Beringer has a ton of upside but is still developing his game to be ready for the NBA. He’s best known for his incredible motor and athleticism, which provides value on both ends of the floor.
Beringer is extremely mobile for his height and has the tools to operate inside the arc or on the perimeter. He has a long way to go if he’s going to emerge as a primary offensive weapon, but as of today, he’s currently projected to be more of a complimentary scorer moving forward. He needs others to set him up at this point, but he certainly has what it takes to someday be more of a self-creator that end.
The ability to thrive in pick-and-roll settings should be appealing to NBA teams, especially with Beringer’s vertical spacing potential. He’s a fantastic lob threat and overall a very effective finisher near the rim. He also generates second-chance points for himself and others by cleaning offensive glass.
On the defensive end, Beringer is very intriguing. He’s a good rim protector who uses his vertical pop and quickness well. He has a real pathway to developing into an ultra-versatile defender if he continues to improve his processing speed on defense. Beringer is incredibly long and mobile which will allow him to guard multiple positions, but he will also need to get stronger to reach his defensive ceiling.
Beringer will still be 18 on the night of the 2025 NBA Draft and will be one of the youngest prospects in that class. It wouldn’t be surprising to see a team take a chance on him as a longer-term developmental project. The French forward has the tools to one day become a helpful rotation piece in the NBA.
