The Memphis Grizzlies and Dallas Mavericks are set for a rematch on Monday, and superstar guard Luka Doncic is being listed as questionable. Doncic missed the previous meeting with Memphis, but could be nearing a return.

Grizzlies forward Dillon Brooks had a lot to say about Doncic when the superstar was ruled out of their last contest, saying, "It goes to show that sometimes they ain’t ready to come back to a physical game."

Brooks also expressed a desire for Doncic to return in their next meeting, adding, "I hope Luka gets back for the next game so I can guard him. I didn’t get a chance to guard him the first game and he had a great game [Oct. 22 when Brooks was hurt]. So I wanna see where I’m at."

Never backing down from any matchup, Brooks wants the Luka Doncic assignment, and could very well get it if Doncic returns for this game. As of right now, the Mavericks are listing him as questionable.

This is a big game for both teams, as the Grizzlies are looking to regain sole possession of the two-seed while the Mavericks are trying to remain above the play-in picture. The Warriors have fallen back to 7th, which has placed Dallas in 6th for now, but the standings are shifting daily which puts additional significance on each game.
