Ja Morant's Shocking NBA 2K24 Rating Revealed

Ja Morant's rating is high but it could be higher.

Regardless of how fans feel about him, Ja Morant is arguably the most exciting player in the NBA. He's the most athletic player in the league and led the Memphis Grizzlies to the second seed for two straight seasons. Despite that, his rating doesn't really illustrate that in NBA 2K24.

Ja Morant has officially been rated with a 92 overall in NBA 2K24. He's the sixth-best backcourt player in the NBA, and 15th overall out of all players in the NBA. When thinking about Morant, it's hard to say that he's the 15th-best player in the NBA. In only four seasons, he's been a 2x NBA All-Star, 1x All-NBA Second Team, the NBA's Most Improved Player, and the NBA's Rookie of the Year. In all likelihood, Morant would have made another All-NBA team this season if he didn't get suspended.

Granted, NBA 2K gave Morant a 97 rating for his dunk rating, which is the highest dunk rating in the game. The other players tied with Ja Morant at a 92 rating are Donovan Mitchell and Zion Williamson. For as talented Zion has been in the NBA, he's done a fraction of what Morant has done in the league. In four seasons, Williamson has only played in 114 games, compared to Morant playing 248 games.

It'll take some time for Ja Morant to prove his rating wrong however, since he'll be missing 25 games to start the season.
