The Memphis Grizzlies face off against the Houston Rockets for the second time this week. Unfortunately for Memphis, they remain just as shorthanded in this rematch as they did in their previous matchup.

The Grizzlies have seven players listed on their injury report: Steven Adams, Desmond Bane, Brandon Clarke, GG Jackson, Luke Kennard, Ja Morant, and Marcus Smart.

Steven Adams is out due to right knee PCL surgery, Desmond Bane is questionable due to illness, Brandon Clarke is out due to left Achilles tendon repair, GG Jackson is out due to a G League two-way, Luke Kennard is out due to a left knee bone bruise, Ja Morant is out due to a league suspension, and Marcus Smart is out due to a left foot sprain. After tonight, Ja Morant will only have one more game left on his suspension.

The Houston Rockets have five players listed on their injury report: Nate Hinton, Victor Oladipo, Jermaine Samuels Jr., Amen Thompson, and Cam Whitmore. Nate Hinton is out due to a G League two-way, Victor Oladipo is out due to left patellar tendon repair, Jermaine Samuels Jr. is out due to a G League two-way, Amen Thompson is questionable due to illness, and Cam Whitmore is out on a G League assignment.

The Grizzlies are already down 0-2 to the Houston Rockets on the season, and both matchups haven't been particularly close. Hopefully, this is the one that'll actually be competitive.

The Memphis Grizzlies and Houston Rockets face off at 8:00 p.m. EST tonight.
