Jalen Johnson moves into the starting lineup for the Atlanta Hawks
Ahead of their matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks tonight, the Atlanta Hawks are making a change in their starting lineup.
Atlanta is going to insert Jalen Johson into the starting lineup in place of Saddiq Bey and it is a move that makes a ton of sense. Johnson has been arguably the most impressive player through two games for the Hawks, averaging 16 PPG, 8 RPG, and two assists per game. He has also been making plenty of highlight plays:
I don't think Johnson is going to be giving up that spot anytime soon. He will likely have to guard Giannis Antetokounmpo tonight and we will see how he handles that. His playmaking, athleticism, and ability to score in the post have been impressive and it has earned him a spot in the starting lineup.
The rest of the starting lineup for the Hawks is the same. Trae Young, Dejounte Murray, De'Andre Hunter, and Clint Capela will start for Atlanta.
Damian Lillard, Malik Beasley, Jae Crowder, Giannis, and Brook Lopez are the starters in Milwaukee. Khris Middleton is out for Milwaukee.
