Bam Adebayo On The Lakers 2020 Title: "The Hardest Championship To Win In My Opinion"

Miami Heat center Bam Adebayo recently named the Los Angeles Lakers 2020 NBA championship as the hardest to win

Miami Heat center Bam Adebayo shared numerous intriguing stories on ex-NBA players Udonis Haslem and Mike Miller's podcast, 'The OGs'.

But perhaps none were more surprising than Adebayo's opinion on the 2020 NBA Finals. The Heat were defeated by LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers in six games.

Miller asked, "Tell me about the bubble."

Adebayo responded, "That was the hardest championship to win, in my opinion. 15 deep plus coaches, staff, whatever you need, like training staff, but other than that, it's you, your thoughts in one room boxed in.

Haslem joined the conversation, saying, "I ain't talk to nobody."

"Listen, it felt like you was gang-affiliated when you was in the bubble. Lakers got on purple and gold, we got on black, the Bucks got on their green, and nobody was walking by their self. So I'm his protege, so like, at this point, that's my best friend in the bubble," Adebayo said. "We walking; we ain't speaking to nobody. I'm talking about it was like we was walking around mad at everybody."

A 22-year-old Adebayo did his best to keep up with the dominance of LA superstar Anthony Davis. However, it's now clear that the time in the bubble took a toll on his well-being. He averaged 15.3 points and 6.3 rebounds in four games of the series.
