How Miami Heat's Twitter Reacted To Thursday's Win Against The Brooklyn Nets

The Miami Heat got their seventh consecutive win after defeating the Brooklyn Nets Thursday night.
In this story:

Last time the Miami Heat faced the Brooklyn Nets resulted in a loss after blowing a double-digit lead.

They haven't lost since. Even better, Miami redeemed themselves Thursday night by defeating the Nets to extend their win streak to seven. Safe to say, Heat fans are loving the results skyrocketing past the disappointing expectations.

"This team is already better than last year," Heat fanaticΒ HeatCulture said. The vibes are amazing, Jimmy is in god mode, Bam is still unstoppable, Duncan is back in his 2020 form. Our depth got even better with Caleb back and Herro is on his way back. Keep it going!"

Somehow, some way, the Heat are third in the Eastern Conference, trailing only the Boston Celtics (9-2) and Philadelphia 76ers (8-3). While it's still early in the season, many anticipated Miami being way lower, especially after underwhelming 1-4 start.Β Each victory builds on the high confidence levels of the fanbase.

Jimmy Butler had 36 points, taking over in the third quarter with 18 points to stretch Miami’s lead. His slow start to the season is being reciprocated by superstar performances.

But even with the Butler takeover, it was reassuring to see others stepping up to avoid leaving him stranded. Duncan Robinson contributed 26 points on 6 of 10 shooting from 3-point range. His sharpshooting gives fans flashes of his record-breaking 2020-21 season. Bam Adebayo continuing his All-Star campaign with another dominant 20-point performance.

The Heat play the Chicago Bulls (4-8) Saturday night.
