How Miami Heat's Twitter Reacted To Wednesday's Win Over The Sacramento Kings

The Miami Heat woke up from their slump with a Wednesday night victory.
In this story:

Whew, finally.

That's probably what a lot of Miami Heat fans exclaimed after ending their seven-game losing streak Wednesday night against the Sacramento Kings.

Jimmy Butler continues his return to star form, as he put up 31 points, seven rebounds and six assists. Tyler Herro nearly had a triple double of his own with 14 points, eight rebounds and eight assists. Bam Adebayo had a solid game as well with 16 points and 11 rebounds, finishing a lot of tough shots at the rim.

Above all, it resulted in Miami's first win since Jan. 15.

Even for Keegan Murray's 33-point performance and Domantas Sabonis' triple-double, the Kings' backcourt play was underwhelming. Malik Monk and star De'Aaron Fox only combined for 19 points, going 7 of 24 from the field while shooting eight percent from 3-point range.

In contrast, Miami shot 46 percent from that distance, featuring six 3-pointers from backup guard Josh Richardson. Richardson's 24-point performance was his highest-scoring game this season.

Terry Rozier had another underwhelming performance with three points on 1 of 8 shooting from the field. However, fans appreciated his facilitating and playing making at the point guard position.

"Even with his shot not falling, Rozier’s speed and athleticism easily makes him an upgrade," one user said. "Once he gets in a groove it’ll be beautiful."

Hopefully, the Heat use this momentum against the Washington Wizards (9-38) Friday night.
