The Miami Heat have been a very successful organization during the 2020s thus far.

In the past three years, the Heat have made the Eastern Conference Finals twice and the Finals once. Although only three seasons have been played, Inside the Heat has selected the 2020s All-Decade Team.

Here’s a look:

Jimmy Butler, forward, 2019-

After spending stints with the Chicago Bulls, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Philadelphia 76ers, Butler has become the face of the Heat’s franchise. This decade, he has averaged 21.5 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 5.9 assists. Butler led this team to the Finals last season, where they lost to the Denver Nuggets in five games.

Damian Lillard, guard, Heat 2023-

Although Lillard is not officially with the Heat, he is heavily rumored to be traded there this offseason. The superstar guard has spent his entire career with the Portland Trailblazers. Last season, he averaged 32.2 points and 7.3 assists on 46.3 percent shooting from the field. The seven-time All-Star has proven he deserves a spot on this team before joining the organization.
