Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler is one of the most dominant postseason performers in the NBA, but many of his greatest interests lie off the court.

From his coffee company to crafting country music songs and albums, it's safe to say the 34-year-old forward will remain busy after retirement. However, much of it will seemingly take place away from the public eye.

Butler's agent, Bernard Lee, recently replied to an article that posed the question of acting in the veteran's future.

"I can remove the guess work for you… his next stop will be the crib… once he’s done," Lee posted on X. He will not be seen again."

Butler's apparent preference to stay out of the spotlight is understandable, as he has led one of the league's biggest-market teams to multiple Finals appearances. Since 2020, the Heat have made two improbable runs but fallen short to the Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets.

This season, Butler is averaging 21.5 points and 5.6 rebounds on 50.1 percent shooting. Individual accolades no longer consume his interest; rather, bringing a championship home to the city of Miami is his lone goal.

Heat fans are hoping that Butler's retirement remains out of the picture, but his more than a decade of hard work could lead him to explore other interests sooner than expected.
