The Miami Heat could be without forward Duncan Robinson at least one or two more games.

Robinson was ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Sacramento Kings because he is in concussion protocol. During the pregame interview, Heat coach Erik Spoelstra offered an update.

"He's at the beginning of the process with that," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. "We're glad that we caught it because sometimes you just don't recognize it until you're actually moving around and doing something at that speed."

Robinson sustained the injury after a hard fall in Saturday's loss to the New York Knicks. The Heat called up Cole Swider from the G League to make up for Robinson's absence.

Robinson, a part-time starter, is considered among the Heat's top outside scoring threats. He is the franchise's single-season leader in 3-pointers made.

"He felt OK in the New York game and the next day it was off," Spoelstra said. "He felt fine in the shootaround then at the beginning of the game, he felt a little bit off and that's when we had to go back to the training room to get checked out."

The Heat are trying to snap an eight-game losing streak tonight against the Kings.
