Miami Heat vs. Orlando Magic Injury Report: Tyler Herro Likely Returning To Lineup
The Miami Heat (26-24) are squaring off against the Orlando Magic (27-23) on Tuesday evening at the Kaseya Center.
The Heat have won two of their last three matchups, with the latest coming an eight-point defeat to the Los Angeles Clippers. The Magic sit one seed ahead of them in the Eastern Conference standings on a three-game winning streak.
HEAT
R.J. Hampton: Out - G League - Two-Way
Tyler Herro: Probable - Migraine Headache
Duncan Robinson: Questionable - Concussion Protocol
Dru Smith: Out - Right Knee Surgery
MAGIC
Kevon Harris: Out - G League - Two-Way
Jett Howard: Out - G League - On Assignment
Trevelin Queen: Out - G League - Two-Way
Herro and Robinson's absences were prevalent in the loss to the Clippers. The Heat recorded less than 100 points while they held LA's star-studded offense to their lowest tally since Nov. 12.
The Heat's spacing lacked prominence against the Clippers, shooting 8 of 30 from three-point range. Even if the guard tandem is inefficient on the night, the threat of them knocking down an outside shot remains. Forward Jimmy Butler is also relieved of stress to score the ball at a high volume but rather can score in streaks.
With the Magic's roster at full health, the Heat are faced with another daring challenge at home.
