Miami Heat's Bam Adebayo And Jimmy Butler Make Appearances On Top 100 List
Miami Heat’s stars Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo have received recognition recently.
They were ranked as the NBA’s Top 100 players on The Ringer website. Butler, who made the list last season, was ranked at No. 18.
“Butler thrives on the most thankless parts of the game—the dead sprints down the floor, the body-blow box-outs, the hard-fought second chances. And his career is proof that winning doesn’t have to be pretty, and doesn’t often come easy."
Adebayo was ranked No. 24.
"Very few players are capable of guarding all five positions without help. Adebayo is the best at it, a switch-everything demon who can run alongside guards and outmuscle centers," the website wrote. "Adebayo does everything on defense that one player possibly can, for a coach who demands more from his defenders than they can sometimes handle."
The Heat play at the New York Knicks tonight at 7:30.
