Miami Heat's Kyle Lowry Says Knee Is Ready For Game 1 Against Milwaukee Bucks
Miami Heat guard Kyle Lowry "tweaked" his knee in the second half of Friday's win against the Chicago Bulls, but said it won't keep him out of Game 1 against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Lowry did not return after banging knees with Bulls guard Patrick Beverley
"I'm good, just a little tweak, a little pressure on it," Lowry said. "It's OK. I'm good. I'm all good. I'm ready to go on Sunday."
Lowry had issues with the knee all season. When pressed about his availability for Sunday's game in Milwaukee, he said he is "good to go."
"If coach would've asked me go to go back in the game, I would've went back in the game," Lowry said. Jimmy Butler is over there, he told me not to go back in the game because he said he held it down, so JB didn't need me."
