Amid constant trade rumors, Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro was recently seen working out with Brooklyn Nets forward Ben Simmons.

It was proof Herro is remaining active despite his name floating around in several trade rumors surrounding Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard.

Herro was the Heat's third-leading scorer last season but became expendable for two reason. They made the NBA Finals despite Herro being sidelined in Game 1 against the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round. Two, the Heat refuse to pass up on the chance to acquire Lillard, who was named one of the league's top 75 players of all-time..

A pairing of Lillard, Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo would almost certainly make the Heat among the favorites to win the title next season. Still, Herro continues to put in the work in the offseason even though he is viewed is a trade asset this summer.
