Watch Miami Heat’s Jimmy Butler Disrupt Bam Adebayo’s Pregame Interview
Many fans have joked that the Miami Heat are coasting off “tomfoolery and friendship” to win the NBA Finals against the Denver Nuggets.
The latest example was Jimmy Butler singing in the back of Bam Adebayo’s pregame interview.
This attests to the vibrant personalities Miami has, as opposed to the serious nature of the Nuggets. Butler churns out memes as one of the most lively players in the league, while Nikola Jokic is a very silent figure that oozes solemnity.
In addition, the Heat’s postseason journey is still too much for some to contemplate. Some believe the only justification is outworldly circumstances in their favor. Every team they faced boasted more talent or skill players but lost regardless. Denver is no different, possessing two-time MVP Jokic and an exceptional playoff performer in Jamal Murray. They also have a size advantage over the Heat, allowing players like Aaron Gordon and Michael Porter Jr. to dominate with height in their favor.
And yet, they are tied at one game apiece, heading back to Kaseya Center in hopes of defending home court.
So, Tomfoolery in 6, I guess.
