Watch Miami Heat's Jimmy Butler Force Overtime Against Orlando Magic With Late 3-Pointer

Butler forced overtime with an off-balanced 3-pointer

Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler is growing more clutch by the day.

With the Heat trailing by three, Butler hit an off-balanced 3-pointer as time expired to force overtime. It was yet another big shot by Butler during his tenure with the Heat.

Here's a look at the shot:

The shot proved for nothing, with the Orlando Magic winning 126-114 in overtime. Butler was given little help in the disappointing loss for the Heat. Butler finished with 38 points on 14 of 25 shooting while Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo both didn't play up to their capabilities. They combined to shoot 13 of 30 from the field.

The loss came just a day after the Heat gained momentum by defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers. Now, they have to deal with another loss to a non-contending team in the Eastern Conference.

The Heat still hold the No. 7 seed in the playoff seedings.
