Score Predictions for Hornets at Heat

Our staff picks tonight's game between Charlotte and Miami.
In this story:

Schuyler Callihan: Heat 114, Hornets 104.

LaMelo Ball played well in his return but he didn't receive much help from those around him. The Heat took the first two meetings of this year's series and somehow, the Hornets have even more players out for this one. Miami drops Charlotte again.

Prediction record: 15-7.

James Plowright: Heat 123, Hornets 99.

LaMelo might be back, but I don’t think that will be enough to stop the bleeding for this Hornets team. They are spiraling in the worst way, Miami is the last team you want to play when in such torrid form.

Prediction record: 17-4.

Pat Fitzsimmons: Heat 115, Hornets 104.

With Butler listed as doubtful and Herro dealing with a shoulder strain, the Hornets may be able to hang around for most of this game. The Hornets' focus should be on controlling Adebayo in the paint, but with how they have finished out recent games, the better Miami team will likely pull away in the 4th.

Prediction record: 0-0.
