Spread & Over/Under Predictions for Hornets at Bucks

Can the Hornets cover the spread?
In this story:

Each game day, we at All Hornets will release an article on our thoughts on the spread and the over/under of Charlotte Hornets games. The star ratings next to the play describe the overall confidence in that particular play.

Star ratings:

1 Star - Not very confident

2 Star - A little confident

3 Star - Fairly confident

4 Star - Very confident

5 Star - Should be a lock to happen

Spread: Bucks -14.5

3 Star play on the Hornets (+14.5): This might look like a weird play, but I have a good feeling about it. Milwaukee has lost three straight, including five of its last six. No one expects Charlotte to do much in this one due to all the moves that were made, but one of the guys they moved, Gordon Hayward, wasn't even playing. Miles Bridges has scored 86 points in his last two games and the game has appeared to slow down for Brandon Miller. Hornets lose, but cover the large spread.

Over/Under: 231.5

2 Star play on the over: Charlotte's defense continues to rank at or near the bottom of the league across the board which prompted Steve Clifford to go on a rant about the unwillingness to defend and how it's impacting their chances to win games. Help is on the way, but it won't be there tonight. Take the over.

My picks this season

ATS: 15-20 (43%)

O/U: 17-18 (48%)

Overall: 32-38 (46%)
