Should the Hornets Do This Slick Uniform Redesign?

New unis couldn't hurt, right?

The Charlotte Hornets have one of the most unique color schemes in all of professional sports and a pretty sharp uniform set with the iconic pinstripes. But what if the Hornets did a slight update to make the uniforms a little more modern?

R4Unis on Twitter did a re-design for every NBA team and I must admit, the Hornets mock up is very clean.

This set is a cleaner, simpler, version of what the Hornets currently have but still honors the history of the pinstripes.

As sweet as these jerseys look, it's hard to see the organization making a change anytime soon. With Michael Jordan's ownership stake potentially up for sale, the Hornets are unlikely to do any sort of rebranding/re-design. If a sale is made, the new owners may be willing to change things up a bit.
