Jazz Release Injury Report for Debut Preseason Game vs. Clippers
One of the most crucial factors to any successful NBA team’s season is consistent and positive health on their roster. Especially when entering a brand new season, ensuring that all of your best players are set and ready to go is a priority for any coaching staff in the league.
As the Utah Jazz are set kick off their first preseason game of the year in Hawaii, the team officially released the injury report for their match against the Los Angeles Clippers. While the team hasn’t remained completely unscathed, things are about as good as you could hope.
According to Tony Jones of The Athletic, F Joey Hauser remains the only player on the report with a foot injury. Hauser was signed to a two-way contract earlier this off-season with a solid chance to make the final 18-man roster. His debut might come along later than expected, but all signs point to this being anything but serious.
As for the Clippers, no names appear on their report, forecasting to be fully healthy and prepared to also take on their first preseason game of the year.
The Jazz are set to take on the Clippers on Sunday at 7 PM MT in Honolulu, HI. Then, fans will get the opportunity to get their first look at this newly improved roster for the 2023-24 NBA season.
