This 2023-24 NBA season marks the debut of the league’s newly-formed In-Season Tournament. Kicking off at the start of November, each franchise will compete within their group play with hopes of earning a ticket to the eventual championship on December 9th.

In efforts to generate some hype for the event, the NBA has given each team its specialty court to pair with each new 2023-24 City Edition jersey. While the consensus surrounding the new threads has been notably critical, the Utah Jazz have managed to cook up one of the better designs in the entire league.

The Jazz released their court to X on Monday, deciding to ditch the traditional wooden patterns to dawn their beloved purple colorway:

These unorthodox-colored courts have gained popularity around the league within the past couple of seasons, beginning with the Brooklyn Nets’ grey court debuting back in 2020. Now, the entire association will get the opportunity to try something new with their home hardwood for the upcoming tournament.

Fans will get the first chance to see this court on full display when G Scoot Henderson and the Portland Trail Blazers come to Utah on November 14th, the second game of the In-Season Tournament.
