Injury Report: Jazz Catch Another Break vs. Pacers

The Utah Jazz will look to make it six in a row versus the Indiana Pacers on Martin Luther King Day.

The Utah Jazz will host the Indiana Pacers at the Delta Center on Monday night.  Utah's health was an issue at the beginning of the season, but it's been smooth sailing during its recent hot streak. The Jazz don't have any injuries heading into the contest, and the Pacers will be missing their best player.

Indiana's leading scorer, Tyrese Haliburton, continues to miss time due to last week's hamstring injury. Also, Bruce Brown (knee) and Aaron Nesmith (shin) are questionable.

The Jazz have been more than fortunate as of late when it comes to playing teams missing their best players. In Utah's recent five-game win streak, Damian Lillard, Joel Embiid, and LeBron James have all been absent when facing the Jazz.  However, there won't be any apologies from Utah, who were snake bitten with injuries during the season's first quarter.

Utah will look to increase its longest win streak of the season with a win over the Pacers. Prior to the current streak, the Jazz's longest win streak of the year was three games. A victory over the Pacers would make it six and put them in striking distance of the NBA's longest streak of the year. That mark is at nine and is currently held by the Orlando Magic and the Los Angeles Clippers.

This is the fourth game of a six-game homestand where Utah is currently 14-5 this season. The oddsmakers have Utah pegged as a 7.5-point favorite heading into the contest. The tip-off is slated for 7:00 pm MST.
