Jazz-Lakers Injury Report: LeBron James Status Revealed

The Utah Jazz will face the Los Angeles Lakers without LeBron James.

The Utah Jazz will be looking to get back on track when they host the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday night. The Lakers won't be at full strength entering the contest.

LeBron James (ankle), Gabe Vincent (knee), Max Christie (ankle), and Cam Reddish (ankle) are listed as out. The Jazz currently don’t have anyone on the injury report,

The Jazz have not won a game since last week's trade deadline. Due to last week's roster reshuffle, Jazz head coach Will Hardy will be looking for the right chemistry.

Hardy replaced Kris Dunn with rookie Keynonte George in the starting lineup and made Walker Kessler a starter as well. It hasn’t worked thus far, but the Jazz are catching the Lakers at the right time and are pegged as a 5.5 home favorite.

Along with not being at full strength, the Lakers will be playing the second game of a back-to-back. The Jazz are usually tough at home, and a win is needed if they want to stay in the playoff conversation.

This will be the rubber match between the two franchises, with the winner of tonight’s game getting the tiebreaker at season's end. Where it stands now, Utah is 2.5 games behind the Lakers as they both battle to get into the play-in tournament.

Utah is on the outside looking in but is only 1.5 games from the tenth seed. The tip-off tonight is scheduled for 7:00 pm MST.
