Jazz-Rockets Injury Report: Tari Eason, Victor Oladipo Status Revealed

The Utah Jazz have a clean slate ahead of tonight’s game vs. the Houston Rockets.

The Utah Jazz are hoping to shake off their most recent loss against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday night as they start their road trip against the Houston Rockets. This will be the first of Utah’s extensive six-game road stint, spanning until the end of January.

Before falling to OKC on Thursday, the Jazz were riding on a six-game win streak against some of the more competitive teams in the league. Utah secured wins over contenders like the Philadelphia 76ers, Milwaukee Bucks, and even the reigning champion Denver Nuggets. Now, Saturday marks the time to get back to those winning ways.

On the injury front, the Jazz and Rockets both unveiled their injury reports going into Saturday’s game:

Utah Jazz:

Johnny Juzang- OUT (G-League)

Micah Potter- OUT (G-League)

Jason Preston- OUT (G-League)

Houston Rockets:

Tari Eason- OUT

Victor Oladipo- OUT

Reggie Bullock- QUESTIONABLE

The Jazz showcased no surprises on their report, listing their two-way players Johnny Juzang, Micah Potter, and Jason Preston, all still assigned to the Salt Lake City Stars.

As for the Rockets, Tari Eason won’t be suiting up against the Jazz due to a lower leg injury, Ime Udoka announced. Reggie Bullock remains questionable with a back injury, while Oladipo has been sidelined since January 14th with a knee injury.

The Jazz and Rockets will tip off at 6 PM PT in the Toyota Center for Utah’s chance to get back to form in the left column.
