Summer League Schedule: When Will Knicks Tip Off?
The NBA announced its full, Las Vegas-based, 76-game schedule for its 2023 Summer League activities, which are set to tip off with eight contests on July 7.
That opening tally doesn't include the New York Knicks, who are looking to defend and build upon a runner-up finish in last year's showcase. New York will instead open up against the Philadelphia 76ers the following night.

2023 Knicks Summer League Schedule
July 8: Philadelphia (5 p.m. ET, NBA TV)
July 9: Brooklyn (5:30 p.m. ET, NBA TV)
July 12: Orlando (8 p.m. ET, ESPN2)
July 14: Boston (7 p.m. ET, ESPN2)
Every one of the Knicks' games will be held at Cox Pavilion., with the exception of the third game against the Magic, which heads to The Thomas & Mack Center. All teams will play at least five games, with the final contest's time, date, and opponent to be determined. A championship game will be staged on July 17.
The Knicks partook in the most recent final, posting a runner-up finish after falling to the Portland Trail Blazers in last summer's edition. Future starter Quentin Grimes led the way with an average of 22.6 points, just ahead of 16.8 for Miles McBride. This year's group will likely feature recent undrafted free agent additions like Jaylen Martin and Jacob Toppin. Fellow two-way contract holders Trevor Keels and Duane Washington are also possible additions.
This year's Summer League slate starts off with a bang: opening night features a showdown between the San Antonio Spurs and Charlotte Hornets, which potentially pits the respective top choices of Thursday's draft, Victor Wembanyama and Brandon Miller. Third overall pick Scoot Henderson could be repping the defending champion Blazers earlier in the day when they take on the Houston Rockets.
