No matter what else happens in the lead-up to Thursday's trade deadline at 3 p.m. ET, the Knicks will more than likely stand as one of the day's biggest winners.

In 28 appearances this season, Bogdanović is averaging 20.2 points per game on just under 47 percent shooting from the field. He's also hitting a career-best 3.1 three-pointers per game at a success rate of 41.5 percent.

Meanwhile, Burks returns to the Knicks after two years with Detroit, reuniting him with head coach Tom Thibodeau, who worked with him for each of his first two years in New York. Burks will likely be able to help with the Knicks' outside shooting, as he's hit at least 40 percent from deep in each of the last four seasons. His outside abilities were prominently on display in his final game with Detroit on Wednesday night: Burks scored 25 points on a 5-of-7 effort from three-point range as the Pistons picked up a surprising 133-120 win in Sacramento.

Bogdanovic, Burks to Knicks in Trade Deadline Deal, Grimes to Detroit

To top it all off, the Knicks earned both Pistons without having to give away any first-round choices and the biggest piece sent away was Grimes, who felt unhappy about his diminishing role with the Knicks. Though there's still some time left for the other 29 teams to make moves, it'll be hard for anyone to match the value the Knicks found in a single deal.
